The Most Frequently Asked Questions
"Thanks so much for sharing your talents with us last Sunday afternoon.
It was truly a show for kids of all ages, the "High Peak" of our summer

If you have questions regarding a performance of the High Peaks Juggling Show that aren't answered here, please feel free to email me. The show is adaptable to practically any situation and audience.
How early should I book you?
- This has been a full time profession for me for over twenty years. If I am not booked tomorrow, I can perform for your event. Warm weather weekends often fill up a year in advance, as do certain times of the school year, so it's always a good idea to contact me as soon as you can.
How long is your show?
- Most shows average 45 minutes, but can be adjusted longer or shorter depending on your needs. I have been asked to do five minutes, and can do an hour if needed.
Can you do different themes, costumes, or content?
- Yes. If your event has a theme, such as Renaissance, Colonial, Mardi Gras, Vaudeville, or for the holidays, the High Peaks Juggling Show will match your theme. Shows are tailored to fit different settings, and if your event is promoting a product or idea, material in the show can reflect your content.
How far will you travel?
- How far do you need me to travel to perform at your event?
Do you perform outside?
- Absolutely. The High Peaks Juggling Show is essentially self contained, requiring only an electrical source onsite. The colorful banners and backdrop of the show's set create a powerful focal point for any outdoor event.
How large an audience can you perform for?
- How large of an audience have you got? I have performed for a small handful, and also for thousands. Your venue pretty much dictates what is practical.
Can you teach people how to juggle?
- It is one of my favorite things to do. I can teach most people how to juggle three objects in about ten minutes. One of the biggest differences between jugglers and magicians is that jugglers love to share our secrets, which kind of makes them not really secrets. And that's the whole point. Juggling is about being able to do it too, which is what the High Peaks Juggling Show is based upon. Keep in mind that in workshop situtations, the smaller the group the more attention everyone will get.
Why in the world did you and your family move to the Adirondacks of all places?
- Every summer since I can remember, my family and I spent time at the cabin my grandfather built on a lake in the southern Adirondacks, and I have always loved it here. When our son was born, we wanted a healthier environment to raise him in than the big city, and started making plans to move.
